Usage Agreement

Welcome to Starlight Streaming! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Starlight Streaming service, including all features and functionalities, our website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated therewith (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Starlight Streaming Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified by Starlight Streaming at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates.

2. Service Description

Starlight Streaming provides a subscription-based streaming service that allows users to access a curated library of TV shows. The availability of content may vary by region and over time. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove content from the Service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

3. Subscription and Payment

To access the full range of features and content on Starlight Streaming, you must subscribe to a paid subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, as per the billing cycle chosen at the time of registration. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information and to promptly update your account information if any changes occur. If your payment method fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions or required by applicable law. We may change the subscription fees at any time, but will provide you with prior notice of any such changes.

4. Account Creation and Security

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized them. Starlight Streaming is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Distribute, transmit, or upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.
• Circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade, or thwart any of the content protections in the Service.

Intellectual Property

All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Starlight Streaming or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on the Service is the exclusive property of Starlight Streaming and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content on the Service without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of Starlight Streaming used in the Service are trademarks or registered trademarks of Starlight Streaming.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Starlight Streaming makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Starlight Streaming disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Starlight Streaming does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make the Service available are free of viruses or other harmful components. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Starlight Streaming, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not Starlight Streaming has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Starlight Streaming's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the date the claim arose.
